摘 要:流入控制阀完井工艺是近年来随着水平井技术发展起来的一种新的控水调剖完井技术,随着国内目前采用流入控制阀完井水平井数量的增加,建立评价流入控制阀完井水平井的产能影响因素分析方法对该技术的推广发展具有重要意义。在前人对水平井产能研究的基础上,考虑压力空间点源解和水平井流入控制阀完井几何模型,建立了油藏与井筒流动耦合模型。求解绘制了流入控制阀完井水平井产能递减曲线,并分析了流入控制阀的安装数量、安装位置和孔眼孔径大小对产能的影响。结果表明,对于顶封闭底定压模型等效的底水油藏流入控制阀完井水平井,其产能递减曲线逐渐呈一条直线,并保持恒定。实际应用中流入控制阀主要安装在井筒跟端和趾端,应尽量减少流入控制阀安装数量并减小其孔径大小。Inflow control device (ICD) completion technol- ogy is a new water control completion technology. With the increasing number of ICD completion horizontal wells,it is important for promotion and development of the technology to establish the analysis method and evaluate the influences of the productivity of ICD completion horizontal well. Based on the predecessors' research of horizontal well productivity,the reservoir and wellbore coupled model was established which considering pressure space point source solution and geometric model of ICD completion horizontal wells. Then the productivity decline curve of ICD completion horizontal well was drawn,and the influences of the installation number and installation location of ICD,and the size of the hole diameter on productivity were analyzed. The research results showed that for ICD completion horizontal well of the bottom water reservoir which is equivalent as the reservoir with top closed and bottom constant pressure,its production decline curve was gradually into a straight line,and remained constant. The practical application of ICD,it was installed in the wellbore's heel-side and toe-side,and the number of ICD installation and the ICD hole diameter size should be reduced.
