摘 要:针对目前低密度水泥浆抗压强度偏低,无法满足封固生产套管的不足,在分析低密度水泥浆配制关键技术的基础上,通过优选合适的中空微珠减轻剂、研制高性能促凝剂和选择合理的Dinger-Funk方程紧密堆积计算模型,开发出密度1.30~1.50g/cm3高强低密度水泥浆HPLC体系。测试结果表明,HPLC体系无游离液、浆体稳定、流变性好、API失水量≤37mL/30min、稠化时间满足施工要求、低温早强和水泥石抗压强度高等优异性能,完全能够满足封固生产套管的抗压强度要求,有助于通过低压固井来实现保护油层目的。Aiming at the fact that low density cement slurry has low compressive strength and can not seal production casing effectively,a high strength low density cement slurry HPLC system was developed which density was 1.30 ~1.50g/cm3 based on the analysis of key technologies for preparation low density cement,optimization of suitable hollow bead lightening materials,development of high performance accelerant,and selection of a Dinger-Funk Equation of close packing calculation model. Test results indicated that the HPLC system had better performances,such as no free liquid,stable slurry,good rheological property,API fluid loss≦37mL/30min,enough thickening time,and high compressive strength etc. ,and could meet the requirement of compressive strength for sealing production casing and also helped to achieve low pressure cementing for reservoir protection.
