摘  要:史南油田属于济阳坳陷东营凹陷中央断裂背斜带构造,勘探主要目的层为沙三中、沙四段的高压低渗储层。施工井钻井液密度较高,施工中容易发生井壁失稳、井漏、粘卡、完井电测遇阻遇卡等井下复杂和井下故障。笔者从该油田的地层岩性特点入手,了解了近几年国内中深井钻井液技术的发展状况,优选了几种钻井液处理剂进行了室内实验,并在现场进行了应用,取得了较好的效果。文中论述了强抑制钻井液体系应用的技术思路、原理和配方,室内试验评价、现场处理维护措施及在2口深探井上的应用情况。实践证明,该钻井液体系具有良好的抗温、抑制、防塌性能,有广阔的推广前景。Shinan oilfield locates in the Jiyang depression, on a central fault anticlinal zone in Dongying depression. The main target zone in exploration is Shasan, Shasi zone which are high pressure, low permeability reserves. The density of drilling fluid used is high which would lead to wellbore instability, leakage, sticking, and electric logging tool stuck in completion. The Shengli Yellow River Drilling Company has optimized the drilling fluid system according to the stratum characterization and current state of the art of deep well drilling fluid system. A strong inhibitive polysulfonate drilling fluid system suited for Shinan oilfield was synthesized. The selection principle, compounding formula, laboratory test and field treatment measures of the polysulfonate drilling fluid system were introduced. The tests showed that this drilling fluid system had good anti-temperature, inhibitive, anti-sloughing and lubricating property; and it also could be easily maintained and operated with special assistance in preventing well sticking, leakage, and reducing downhole accidents.
