红花黄色素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察红花黄色素联合有创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法将86例COPD合并严重呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各43例。两组均采用有创机械通气与常规西医治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用注射用红花黄色素。观察治疗前后血液流变学指标,治疗后机械通气指标。结果治疗组患者血液流变学指标、机械通气指标与对照组比较均有改善,P<0.05。结论红花黄色素不仅能降低血液粘稠度,改善COPD呼吸衰竭患者血液流变学指标,还能缩短患者机械通气时间及机械通气脱机后住ICU时间,提高脱机成功率。Objective To observe the curative effect of safflor yellow and invasive mechanical ventilation on treating COPD respiratory failure.Methods 86 cases COPD patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided in to the treatment group and the control group,each of 63 cases.The two groups were given the routine treatment and invasive mechanical ventilation.The treatment group was added to the safflor yellow.The blood rheology date was observed before and after treatment,mechanical ventilation date was observed after treatment.Results In treatment group blood rheology date and mechanical ventilation date were improved in comparison with that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Safflor yellow it is not only reducing blood viscosity,improve blood rheology,but also reducing the duration of invasive mechanical ventilation and ICU stay,improve success rate of evacuation ventilator.
