血液透析联合血液灌流治疗重症蜂蛰伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重症蜂蛰伤的最佳治疗方法。方法 2003～2005年50例患者,采用常规治疗;2006～2011年125例患者,随机分成两组:常规治疗加血液透析(HD组)52例,常规治疗加血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP组)73例。结果 HD组住院天数(12±0.6)d,HD+HP组住院天数(19±0.6)d,并降低了后遗症的发生。结论血液透析联合血液灌流加常规治疗效果最好,操作简单,易于推广。Objective To investigate the optimal therapies following severe bee stings.Methods 50 patients were received in 2003～2005 and they were treated by normal method,125 patients were received in 2006～2011,they were randomly divided into normal method combined hemodialysis group（HD group,n=52） and normal method combined hemodialysis with hemoperfusion group（HD＋HP group,n=73）.Results HD group and HD＋HP group had reduced hospital stays（12±0.6） days and（19±0.6） days than normal group respectively,and less sequelaes.Conclusion Hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion was the optimal therapy on the treatment of severe bee stings,it was easy to operate and generalize.
