聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将180例患者随机分为两组,治疗组90例,采用鼻内镜下行超声聚焦扫描双侧下鼻甲后下神经和筛前神经分布区及双侧鼻丘处粘膜,术后应用辅舒良鼻喷剂喷雾双侧鼻腔4个月;对照组90例,仅采用辅舒良鼻喷剂喷雾鼻腔4个月。随访1年以上进行疗效评价。结果治疗组术后1年以上总有效率(89.4%)高于对照组(58.9%),P<0.01。结论聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎,操作简单,安全性高,无创伤,近期效果显著,可重复性治疗。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment allergic rhinitis（AR） with high intensity focus ultrasound（HIFU）.Methods 180 patients were randomly allocated into two groups,each of which has 90 patients respectively.Those whom intreatment group were performed with HIFU endoscopically,and received intranasal corticosteroid spray（Flixonase,Fluticasone dipropionate） for 4 months postoperatively.The others in control group were treated with intralnasal corticosteroid spray for 4months alone.The therapeutic effect was evaluated with clinical symptoms controlled counting-scores after 1 years follow up.Results More than 1 year later,total efficiency in the treatment group（89.4%）higher than those in the control group（58.9%）,P〈0.01.Conclusion HIFU is convenient,safe,noninvasive and repetitive,the short-term effectiveness of which is significant.
