温针灸足三里治疗周围性面瘫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸足三里在治疗周围性面瘫中的疗效。方法 61例周围性面瘫患者随机分成两组,治疗组31例和对照组30例。两组均采用普通针刺为基础治疗,治疗组加用温针灸足三里;对照组仅予普通针刺。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组总有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论在治疗周围性面瘫时,加用温针灸足三里效果优于单纯普通针刺。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture treatment applied to peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 61 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（31 cases） was given warm acupuncture,while the control group（30 cases） was given ordinary acupuncture only.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Warm acupuncture treatment for peripheral facial paralysis is better than single acupuncture.
