摘  要:目的探讨高温环境下运动对人体生理生化指标的影响。方法对8名身体健康的大学生,在常温及高温条件下,进行跑台运动后测定受试者的体温、心率、血压及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、热休克蛋白70(HPS70)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量变化。结果高温环境下运动可明显增加受试者的心率,血清SOD、MDA及HPS70的含量显著升高,血清IgA、IgG的含量无明显变化。结论高温环境下运动可引起机体生理生化指标的明显变化。Objective To investigate the effect of exercise on physiological and biochemical indexes in human. Methods 8 healthy college students did treadmill exercise at room temperature and high temperature conditions, and subject's body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and serum SOD, MDA, heat shock protein 70 immunoglobulin A and immune immunoglobulin G content were determined. Results The subject~ heart rate was increased for exercise in hyperthermal environment, and serum content of SOD, MDA and HPS70 were also significantly increased, while serum immunoglobulin were showed no significant change. Conclusion The high temperature environment exercise can cause bodies physiological and biochemical indexes significant changes.
