我院2007—2011年门诊癌痛患者使用麻醉药品处方分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院门诊麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况,并评价其使用的合理性。方法对医院近5年门诊麻醉性镇痛药用量、金额、用药频度进行统计排序和分析。结果历年麻醉性镇痛药消耗金额的年增长率趋势与肿瘤患者收治人数变化趋势相一致,各品种金额排序保持相对稳定。结论门诊麻醉性镇痛药使用合理,管理符合规定。Objective To analyze the narcotic analgesics in outpatient department in our hospital and to evaluate the reason- ability of drug use. Methods The data of narcotic analgesics in our hospital were accumulated and sorted between 2007 and 2011 and the dosage, price and DDDs were done the statistical analysis. Results The narcotics analgesics consumption amount with average annu- al growth rate of trends and patients with tumor number change trend were consistent amount, various varieties sorting remained relatively static. Conclusion Narcotics analgesics use is reasonable, and the management in accordance with the provisions in outpatient depart- ment in our hospital.
