摘  要:为了给豆梨无土栽培提供理论依据,以一年生豆梨实生苗为材料,研究5种不同基质配比对其幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:蛭石∶珍珠岩按1∶1混配基质栽培的豆梨株高、茎粗、鲜重均为最高,分别为50.65cm、0.52cm和17.02g。因此,蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1混配基质最适合豆梨幼苗生长。Taking annual P. calleryana seedlings as the experimental material, the effects of five kinds of substrate compositions on the growth of P. calleryana seedlings were studied to provide a theoretical reference for soilless culture of P. calleryana. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter and fresh weight of P. calleryana seedlings on the matrix with vermiculite and perlite (1:1) were the highest, which were 50.65 cm, 0.52 cm and 17.02 g respectively. This indicated that the mixed matrix of vermiculite and perlite(l:l) was suitable for the growth of P. calleryana seedlings.
