摘  要:[目的]寻求不同的制备条件对固载化催化剂催化效果的影响。[方法]以溶胶-凝胶法合成的SiO2做载体,考察了磷钨酸的固载量、催化剂的焙烧温度对甲基橙光催化降解效率的影响。[结果]在固载量为0.3 g,焙烧温度为350℃,辐照1.5h,对甲基橙溶液的脱色率可达98.4%。[结论]在最优化条件下制备的催化剂,表现出良好的光催化活性。[Objective] Seeking for the influence of the immobilized catalyst's catalytie effect under different preparation conditions. [Method] The loaded phosphotungis acid photocatalyst, which prepared by supporting phosphotungis acid on SiO, carrier synthesized by sol-gel process. The catalytic performance was evaluated by degradation of methyl orange solution under the irradiation of UV lamps; and the effect of the content of phosphotungstic acid, the roast temperature of the catalyst on photodegradation of methyl orange were studied. [Result] In the solid quantity 0.3 g, roast temperature at 350 ℃, irradiation 1.5 h, the decoloring ratio of methyl orange was up to 95.4%. [Conclusion] The resuhs showed that the loaded phosphotungis acid catalysts revealed well photocatalytic activity on photodegradation of methyl orange.
