甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年脆性2型糖尿病

摘　　要：目的观察甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年脆性2型糖尿病的疗效。方法 18例老年脆性2型糖尿病患者使用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,根据血糖调整药物剂量,控制血糖在理想范围,同时观察患者低血糖发生率。结果治疗3个月,复查患者尿糖、尿酮全部阴性,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)显著降低,仅有2例发生低血糖事件共3次,未有低血糖昏迷。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈是一种有效治疗老年脆性2型糖尿病的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of insulin glargine combined repaglinide in treatment of elderly patients with brittle type 2 diabetes.Methods From September 2009 to October 2012,18 cases of elderly patients with brittle type 2 diabetes were treated with insulin glargine combined repaglinide,according to the glucose adjusted the dose,control the glucose in the ideal range,and obverse the hypoglycemia frequency.Results After 3 months,the glucose in urine and ketone body in urine were all negative,FPG、PBG and HbA1c were significantly decreased,only 2 patients had hypoglycemia totally 3 times,none of them had coma.Conclusions Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide is an effective treatment in elderly patients with brittle type 2 diabetes.
