宫颈粘连妊娠应用腰穿针及可视无痛人工流产40例效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腰穿针及可视无痛人工流产在宫颈粘连合并妊娠人工流产术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析40例宫颈粘连合并妊娠孕妇行腰穿针结合可视无痛人工流产术的临床情况。结果 40例宫颈粘连合并妊娠孕妇顺利完成手术,术中出血量少36例,出血量中等4例。镇痛效果采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛分级均为Ⅰ级,无人工流产综合征、吸宫不全或偏吸情况发生。结论腰穿针及可视无痛方法应用于宫颈粘连合并妊娠人工流产术,安全简便,无痛苦,出血量少,术后恢复快,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the application effects of lumbar puncture needle and visual painless artificial abortion in artificial abortion of cervical adhesion complicating pregnancy Methods Reviewing and summarizing the clinical data of opening cervical adhesion in visual painless artificial abortion when 40 cases of cervical adhesion complicating pregnancy accepted lumbar puncture needle.Results No.7 lumbar puncture needle sharply punctured cervical adhesion and expanded cervix in one time when 40 cases of cervical adhesion complicating pregnancy were in visual and painless state,then the operation was completed successfully.Conclusion The application of lumbar puncture needle and painless visual method in artificial abortion of cervical adhesions complicating pregnancy is safe, simple and painless with less bleeding and fast recovery,which is worth studying and popularizing.
