TRAb在儿童甲状腺肿大的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:通过对12例甲状腺肿大患儿的TRAb测定,观察TRAb与甲状腺功能亢进的发病关系。方法:采用放射受体分析法测定TRAb,采用RIA法测定T3、T4、TRAb,TSH采用IRMA法。结果:甲亢8例患者除停药一例外,TRAb均为阳性达1.349—41.872u/L。结论TRAb有助于对甲状腺肿大的诊断及鉴别诊断。Purpase through determining TRAb of 12-child goiter cases,the artide explained the relations of TRAb to hyperthyroidism's epides and to treatment with ATD,Method :radioligand receptor assay to determine TRAb(1.349-41. 872%),T3,T4 TGAb to RIA.TSH to IRMA. Result. TRAb of 8 cases of hyperthyroidism patient that were all positive except 1 case for stopping having medicines. Conclusion: TRAb provided useful information for diagnose and distingwish diagnose of hyperthyroidism.
