摘　　要：韩偓不仅是唐末一位被清《四库全书》馆臣称为"内预秘谋,外争国是,屡触逆臣之锋,死生患难,百折不渝,晚节亦管宁之流亚,实为唐末完人"的忠臣,而且是唐末最后一名著名诗人。本文特为之编撰生平和诗文系年的简要年谱。Han Wo is not only a faithful minister but also a final famous poet in the late Tang Dynasty,who is described in Si Kuo Quan Shu as 'he conspires in domestic and struggles for domestics reputation,though he suffers from the extreme of adversities,he never gives himself up'.In his late years,he is regarded as a perfect man with high morality like Guangning school.
