摘　　要：创新创业型人才培养是一个系统工程,需要长期实践和各方面配套保证。综合平台作为学校学科建设、科研、教学和素质培养的重要平台,是创新创业型人才培养的重要基础和基本保障。对于新建本科院校土建学科的人才培养来说,结合自身特点,依托各种基地,推进综合平台建设,则成为创新创业人才培养的关键所在。Innovative talents cultivation is a systematic project, which requires long-term practice and effectual guarantees. Integrated platform, which is regarded as an important platform for disciplines construction, scientific research, teaching and the quality training, is the important basis and basic assurance of innovative talents training. For innovative talents training in new local universities, it is important to correlate with their own characteristics, take advantage of bases, and promote comprehensive platform construction.
