摘　　要：器官系统课程改革是目前临床医学专业课程改革的主要方向,基础与临床桥梁课程是器官系统课程改革中的一门关键课程。本文就该课程的内容、组织和实施、教学方法、教学效果评价、课程的作用和地位,以及课程改革存在的问题进行总结和分析。The organ-system integration courses reform is a main trend in clinical medical teaching in China, the bridge course of basic and clinical medicine is one of the courses reform. The content, organizing and performing issue, teaching methods, evaluation of teaching effectiveness and role and situation of bridge course were explored and discuss in this teaching reform. We also analyzed the issue and how to deal with them.
