摘 要:以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为软单体,乙酸乙烯(VAc)为硬单体,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEA)为功能单体,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法制备出一种耐热型高剥离强度的聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶(PSA)。研究了各单体比例,交联剂的选择和用量等对PSA性能的影响。结果表明:当w(BA)∶w(2-EHA)=2∶1,w(VAc)=12%,w(AA)=5%,w(HEA)=1.5%时合成的压敏胶性能综合良好,加入0.6%异氰酸酯交联剂,可获得较高的粘接强度和耐高温的性能。This article focuses on the development of heat - resistant, high peel strength polyacrylate pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) when using butyl acrylate (BA) and isooctyl acrylate (2 -EHA) as soft monomers, vinyl acetate (VAc) as a hard monomer, acrylic acid (AA) and acrylic acid - β - hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as the functional monomers, ethyl acetate as solvent. This article discusses how the change of proportions of each monomer and amount of several crosslinking agents affects the quality of PSA. It shows that, the PSA has Higher adhesive strength and better heat - resistant performance when w(BA) : w(2 - EHA) =2: 1, w(VAc) = 12%, w(AA) =5%, w(HEA) = 1.5% ,with 0.6% isocyanate crosslinking agent.
