摘 要:与其他剂型相比,注射制剂生物利用度更高,起效更快,更适用于急、重症疾病的治疗。近年来,通过组合化学和高通量筛选技术筛选出的新化学实体中有40%难溶于水,将难溶性药物开发成注射剂是当前药剂学研究的热点和难点,综述了一些新技术,包括环糊精包合、前药、纳米混悬、微乳、纳米乳和聚合胶束技术在难溶药物注射给药系统中的应用并已国内外上市产品举例说明。Compared with other formulations, the injectable formulation is more suitable for the treatment of a- cute and severe disease. In recent years, more than 40% of compounds identified through combinatorial screening programs and high throughput screening technology are poorly soluble in water. For formulation of these compounds in parenteral drug delivery is a hot and difficult in the current pharmaceutical research. This paper reviews the applica- tion of novel techniques, including cyclodextrin inclusion eomplexs, prodrug, nano - suspension, microemulsion, submicron emulsion and polymeric mieelles, for parenteral delivery systems of poorly soluble drugs.
