摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机磁链检测过程复杂、实现困难的问题,提出一种基于dSPACE在线磁链特性检测系统。利用SIMULINK建立磁链计算模型,应用ControlDesk丰富的虚拟控件在线优化模型,采用阶跃电压法,简便快速检测磁链特性。针对开关磁阻电机简化磁链位置估计方法中换相位置不好确定、位置估计精确度低的缺点,提出一种基于特征位置磁链特性检测的改进型简化磁链位置估计方法。以相电感曲线的交点为特征位置,该位置磁链密度不高,因而该方法比传统的简化磁链位置估计方法精确度高。为减小电机加工工艺误差对特征位置磁链特性检测的影响,引入算术平均值的方法。实验结果验证了该磁链特性检测和改进型简化磁链位置估计方法的有效性。As the flux linkage of the switched reluctance motor (SRM) is difficult to be detected, a flux linkage characteristic detection system based on dSPACE is proposed.
