摘 要:针对目前油田抽油机正常运行时,负载只有额定负载的20%~30%,此时感应电动机的效率和功率因数都很低,造成电能大量浪费的问题,研究了提高永磁同步电动机的起动转矩、效率以及扩大经济运行范围的措施,制定了高效高起动转矩永磁同步电动机设计准则,研发了1台22 kW、6极高效高起动转矩永磁同步电动机样机。试验结果表明,该永磁同步电动机完全可以替代抽油机用37kW、6极感应电动机。研发的电机性能高,已经在油田推广使用,大大减少用电量,节能效果显著。Since the normal output is only 20% -30% of the rated power, the efficiency and power factor are low, which results in waste of electric power. To overcome this problem, measures to improve the ef- ficiency, and starting torque and broaden economic operation range for PMSMs are studied, and the cor- responding design guidelines are proposed. One 22 kW 6-pole high efficiency and high starting torque PMSM prototype was designed and produced. Test results prove that the 22 kW 6-pole high efficiency and high starting torque PMSM can replace 37 kW 6-pole induction motor used in pump jack. The products have been applied in the oilfield and economical efficiency is remarkable.
