摘 要:为研究菌根化马尾松根部细胞质外体微环境的调节作用对植株抗旱能力的影响,选用接种紫金蜡蘑、劣味乳菇的马尾松植株为材料,通过室内模拟自然干旱胁迫处理,研究了各处理植株的根部细胞质外体内Ca2+、K+、Na+含量的变化及其与抗旱能力的关系。结果显示:抗旱能力较强的菌根化马尾松根部细胞质外体微环境中的Ca2+浓度在一定范围内稳定提高,K+浓度呈平稳上升的态势,提高幅度较大,Na+浓度也呈上升趋势,提高幅度明显高于抗旱能力较差的马尾松。分析表明:菌根化马尾松根部细胞质外体内离子浓度的变化对提高植株的抗旱能力具有重要作用。In order to illustrate the role of adjustment function of root apoplast in enhancing the drought resistance of mycorrhizaled Pinus massoniana, P. massoniana inoculated with Laccaria aemthystea (La) and Lactarius insulsus (Li) were chosen to be the test materials. The changing level of K + , Na + and Ca2 + in root apoplast were studied in drought stress process. The results showed that : the Ca2 + concentration in root apoplast of P. massoniana inoculated with mixed was higher and its variation degree was lower and stable, and the concentration and variation degree of K + and Na + were improved significantly. It was concluded that ECM can influence the drought-resistant of P. massoniana through changing the concentration of K + , Na + and Ca2 + in root apoplast.
