摘  要:本文针对现有碱酸法提纯隐晶质石墨技术中所存在的缺陷,采用碱浸-酸洗两步法对隐晶质石墨进行提纯。研究了NaOH浓度、助剂含量、碱洗温度等影响因素对隐晶质石墨固定碳含量的影响。结果表明:当酸洗条件相同,碱洗条件为NaOH浓度70%、助剂含量5%、碱洗温度100℃,碱洗时间4h时,隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量从83.08%提高到98.40%,初步研究结果表明碱浸-酸洗两步法在提纯隐晶质石墨过程中能量消耗少,环境污染小且提纯效率高。A new aphanitic graphite purification method by alkali washing and acid washing has been offered in order to improve the traditional alkali-acid method. The effects of purification treatment of aphanitic graphite including content of sodium hydroxide, auxiliary content and alkali washing temperature on the fixed carbon content have been preliminary studied. The results show that the fixed carbon content of aphanitic graphite have been enhanced to 98.40% from 83.08% while sodium hydroxide concentration was 70%, auxiliary content was 5%, alkali washing temperature was 100℃ and reaction time was 4h. As a result, the new alkali washing and acid washing aphanitic graphite purification method was with lower energy consumption and environment pollution but high efficiency.
