摘 要:我国目前主要从海水中提取溴,海水中平均含溴质量分数为0.07%。富马酸废水中含溴质量分数为0.2%,因此,从富马酸废水中提取溴有重要的现实意义。本文采用电解氧化法将富马酸废水中的溴由化合态转变为游离态,之后采用萃取法萃取出溴素。经过对电极种类、电压、电解时间等研究,得出最佳电解条件:电极为钛镀铂-石墨电极,电压为18V左右,阴极电解液为马来酸电解液。采用CCl4作为萃取剂,归中法成功萃取出溴素。通过实际结果分析其产生的经济效益。The average percent of bromine extracted from sea water is 0.07% which is main resource. The bromine content in fumaric acid waste water is 0.2%, so it has practical significance to extract bromine from fu- marie acid waste water. The compound bromine was electrolyzed to free state by electrolytic oxidation method, and extracted by extraction method. The best electrolyzation conditions were obtained by studied electrode types, elec- tile voltage and electrolysis time. The conditions were platinized and titanized anode-graphite electrode, electric voltage is 18V, and electrolyte of negative electrode is maleie acid. The bromine was extracted by return to center method with CC14 extraetant. The economic benefits were analyzed from results.
