镀锌层单宁酸体系无铬钝化工艺的研究

摘　　要：研究了镀锌层在单宁酸体系中的钝化工艺。当钝化液的组成及钝化工艺为单宁酸40g.L-1、HNO35ml.L-1、钝化温度为35℃、钝化时间为30s时所得到的钝化膜外观和耐蚀性较好。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对钝化膜的表面形貌进行表征,单宁酸钝化得到的钝化膜较为致密,没有裂纹。The passivation process for electrogalvanized coating in the tannic acid system was studied. The passivation coating has good appearance and corrosion resistance when tannic acid 40g L-1, nitric acid 5ml L-1, passivation temperature 35℃, passivation time 30s. The surface morphology of the passive film was characterized by SEM, the tannic acid system can gained no crack passive film.
