摘  要:生精细胞凋亡是维持精子发生动态平衡,清除过量或基因异常生殖细胞,调节生精过程中精子数量和质量的一个重要生理机制,是机体保持生殖遗传稳定的重要防御机制,具有重要生理意义。目前对生精细胞凋亡机制的研究认为,参与细胞凋亡信号传导的通路有很多,经典上可分为内源性和外源性途径。内源性途径即线粒体途径,其在凋亡调控中发挥重要的作用,并且对其机制的研究日益受到人们的重视。本文就线粒体途径在精子发生过程中对生精细胞凋亡调控的研究进展加以综述。Spermatogenic apoptosis is an important physiology mechanism to maintain the dynamice quilibrium of spermatogenesis and eliminate excess or abnormal gene spermatogenic. In addition,this mechanism is also fit to regulate the quantity and quality of sperm during spermatogenesis. Similarly,it's an significant defense mechanism to keep reproduction inheritance stable. Up to now, lots of pathways, involved in apoptosis signal transduction, are recommended by study, which can be divided into endogenous and exogenous pathway on the classic. Endogenous pathway or mitochondrial pathway palys an vital role in regulating apoptosis, and increasing attention has been paid for the study of its mechanism. In this paper, the research progress, the effect that mitochondrial pathway have on spematogenic apoptosis during spermatogenesis, will be briefly reviewed.
