摘　　要：粪类圆线虫是一种机会致病性肠道寄生线虫,当宿主免疫功能低下时,可引发重度或播散性感染的粪类圆线虫病。本文就湖南新近发生的两个粪类圆线虫重度感染病例以及病原学鉴定结果作了简要介绍。Strongyloides stercoralis is an opportunistic and pathogenic intestinal parasitic nematode.The nematode can cause strongyloidiasis with severe or disseminated infection in the immunosuppressed host.This report described a brief presentation results from two cases of Strongyloides stercoralis hyperinfection as well as their pathogen identification,which occurred recently in Hunan.
