摘 要:目的了解浙江省各级疾控中心人力资源配置状况,为今后制定人员培训计划提供科学依据。方法对2011年浙江省、市、县三级疾控机构人力资源状况,包括人员职称、职务、年龄、岗位性质、最高学历等方面进行调查。结果共调查2 014人,男女比例1:1;年龄构成30~40岁690人(34.35%);中级职称809人(40.47%);本科学历1 134人(56.75%),工龄以10年以下为主(37.53%);但现岗位工龄以5年以下为主(41.65%)。结论疾控人员整体学历水平有所提高,但仍需进一步加强疾控队伍的人力资源建设。Objective To investigate the allocation situation of human resources in Zhejiang Provincial CDC so as to provide a scientific basis for developing training plans and improving the configuration of human resources.Methods We surveyed the status of human resources of CDCs at all levels in Zhejiang Province in 2011.The contents of the investigation included professional title,official duty,age,nature of the post,the highest education background,etc.Results Totally 2,014 staff members of CDCs in Zhejiang Province were surveyed.The ratio of male to female was 1:1.690(34.35%) staff members ranged in age from 30 to 40 years.809(40.47%) staff members had intermediate grade title,and 1,134(56.75%) with bachelor’s degree.37.53% staff’s working ages were less than 10 years.And 41.65% staff’s current job seniority was less than five years.Conclusions The educational level of staff members of CDCs in Zhejiang Province is generally improved;however,the construction of human resources of the CDC teams still needs to be further strengthened.
