摘 要:利用实验室间歇搅拌釜式反应器,对一氯代邻二甲苯液相空气氧化制备一氯代邻苯二甲酸工艺过程进行了实验研究。在传统醋酸钴、醋酸锰、四溴乙烷催化剂体系的基础上,通过额外添加微量第3金属催化剂(锆或铪的金属盐),且分析了反应产物的含量,考察降低反应压力以及助催化剂四溴乙烷质量分数等对反应结果的影响,获得了较佳的反应工艺条件,为工业化生产技术的开发提供了基础实验数据。With air as oxidant, acetic acid as solvent, o-xylene monochloride oxidation experiments were carried out at the batch stirred tank reactor in laboratory. Based on the conventional catalyst system [ (CH3COO)2Co, (CH3COO) 2Mn and CHBr2CHBr2 ], through adding a minim amount of the third metal catalyst (metal salt of Zr or Hf) and analyzing the content in reaction products, the influences of reducing the reaction pressure and the mass fraction of cocatalyst CHBr2CHBr2 on the reaction results were investigated, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained, which provide the basic design data for industrial technology development.
