摘  要:研究以高铁、低铝煤矸石为原料,不用热活化处理直接酸浸提取铝、铁、钛,结果表明:随着反应温度、液固比和时间的增加,铝、铁、钛溶出率总体呈上升趋势,当硫酸质量分数超过65%时,铝、铁溶出率下降,钛溶出率继续增加;通过酸质量分数、液固比、温度和反应时间4个因素的考察,得到了各因素对煤矸石中铝铁钛溶出率的影响规律,确定了最适宜的浸出条件为:酸质量分数65%,液固比3,温度115℃,时间4 h,此条件下铝、铁、钛的溶出率分别达到88.86%,91.37%和70.75%。With high-iron and low-aluminum coal gangue as raw material, the research of directly extracting aluminum, iron, titanium in acid leaching without hot-activation treatment was performed. The results show that the dissolution rate of aluminum,iron, and titanium overall rises with the increases of reaction temperature, the liquid- solid ratio and the time, but the dissolution rate of aluminum and iron decreases when sulfuric acid mass fraction exceeds 65%, titanium dissolution rate continues to increase. Through the investigation on four influence factors such as the mass fraction of acid, the liquid-solid ratio, temperature and reaction time, the influence law of each factor to the dissolution rate of aluminum, iron and titanium was obtained. Under the most suitable operating conditions of acid mass fraction 65%, liquid-solid ratio 3, temperature 115℃, time 4 h, the dissolution rates of aluminum,iron and titanium reach 88.86% ,91.37% and 70.75% respectively.
