摘　　要：近年来心律失常的治疗由电生理转向细胞间分子的传递与交换。本文以缝隙连接蛋白43为着眼点,综述了缝隙连接、连接蛋白43的基本功能、病理机制以及与室性心律失常、心房纤颤发生的关系。同时总结了目前作用于缝隙连接、连接蛋白43表达的中西药,预测了近年该类药物的发展方向。Arrhythmia treatment in recent years turn to the transmission and exchange of molecules between cells by electrophysiological.In this paper,we focus on the connexin 43,review basic functions and pathological mechanisms of gap junctions and Cx43 and the relation of gap junctions,Cx43 and ventricular arrhythmias,atrial fibrillation.We summarize the role in gap junction,connexin 43 expression in western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.We predict the direction of development of such drugs in recent years.
