社区心肌梗死行支架术后康复期患者生活质量及社会支持调查

摘　　要：目的调查社区心肌梗死行支架术后康复期患者的生活质量、社会支持现状及相关性。方法采用世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和社会支持量表(SSRS)对社区心肌梗死并行支架术后康复期的78例患者进行问卷调查,并与国内常模比较,采用t检验和相关分析,评价患者生活质量及其与社会支持的相关性。结果患者生理、心理、社会和环境领域得分均低于国内常模,社会支持评定得分低于国内常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);生活质量和社会支持呈正相关。结论社区康复期心肌梗死患者的生活质量较差,提示护士在患者住院治疗和随访期间,应充分评估和利用患者的社会支持,做好身心护理,提高患者生活质量。Objective To survey the community-based rehabilitation of myocardial infarction,stent postoperative quality of life and social support for the status quo and correlation.Methods Stenting in patients with 78 cases of the community rehabilitation myocardial infarction parallel survey summary table of the World Health Organization quality of life（WHOQOL-BREF） and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）,and compared with the national norm,with the t test and correlationcorrelation analysis,evaluating patient quality of life and quality of life and social support.Results Scores were lower than the national norm,patients with physical,psychological,social and environmental fields;social support rating score lower than the national norm,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）;quality of life and social support was positively correlated.Conclusion The poor quality of life of the community-based rehabilitation in patients with myocardial infarction,prompted nurses in inpatient treatment and follow-up period,should a full assessment and use of the patient′s social support,good physical and mental care,improve the quality of life of patients.
