摘 要:目的评价了解新职工岗前培训效果,探索岗前培训模式。方法回顾分析2006—2011年惠南社区卫生服务中心岗前培训情况。结果新进职工82人,主要是刚毕业和调入本单位的新职工。培训分为准备、培训、考核、追踪、反馈五个阶段。培训内容主要由四部分组成:(1)展望社区卫生服务发展前景;(2)提高社区卫生服务专业技能;(3)正确处理与患者和同事之间的关系;(4)规划职业发展,增强职业幸福感。新职工很快融入服务团队,强化服务意识,掌握服务技能,增强职业荣誉感。结论重视岗前培训,强化新职工职业意识,能减少社区卫生人员流失,保证社区卫生服务持续开展。Objective To evaluate the effect of pre - job training of medical staff in a community health center (CHC) in Shanghai. Methods The pre - job training of new medical staff in Huinan CHC from 2006 to 2011 was retrospectively evaluated. Results A total of 82 new staff underwent the pre - job training. The training was carried out twice a year and lasted for one week each time. The training had five stages: preparation, training, evaluation, follow -up, and feedback. The content mainly focused on community health service prospect, professional skills, interpersonal relationships ( with colleagues and patients), and career plan. The pre -job training enabled the new staff quickly join the medical team with enhanced service consciousness and skills. Conclusion The pre -job training enhances the professionalism of new medical staff of CHC and ensures the sustainable development of community health service.
