摘　　要：目的了解月坛社区卫生服务中心及其所属社区卫生服务站降糖药物的使用情况和用药趋势。方法统计分析2009—2011年降糖药物销售金额、用药品种、用药频度(DDDs)。结果 2009—2011年降糖药分别占各年用药金额的18.1%、19.0%、22.4%,呈逐年上升趋势。注射剂型约占降糖药的20.0%,口服药是降糖药常用的剂型。目前,本社区口服降糖药五大类十余个品种能满足患者的基本需求。DDDs排在前三位的是二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、格列喹酮。结论本社区降糖药物使用基本合理,遵循糖尿病防治指南,糖尿病患者的血糖得到了有效的控制,但还应加强对糖尿病的综合治疗和管理。Objective To survey the situation and trend of the usage of hypoglycemic drugs in Yuetan health service center and its subordinate station. Methods The sale volume, types, defined daily doses （DDDs） of hypoglycemic drugs from 2009 to 2011 were statistically analyzed. Results The sale volumes of hypoglycemic drugs were 18.1%, 19. 0% and 22.4% respectively in each year, with a yearly increasing trend. The injection drugs accounted for 20. 0%, and the oral drugs were most frequently used form. The top three drugs of DDDs were Metformin, Acarbose, and Gliquidone. Conclusion The usage of hypeglycemic drugs is basically rational, and the diabetics＇ blood sugar is effectively controlled according to the guidance of diabetic prevention and control. However, comprehensive treat and management of diabetes meUitus should be strengthened.
