摘 要:目的探讨单侧肺动脉缺如(UAPA)超声心动图诊断的可能及技巧。方法选取2008年10月—2012年7月我院诊断的7例UAPA患者,均进行了超声心动图检查,并经外科手术、心导管造影或CT三维重建证实。回顾性分析这7例患者的超声心动图特征。结果 7例UAPA患者中,右肺动脉缺如2例(单发右肺动脉缺如1例,合并动脉导管未闭1例);左肺动脉缺如5例,合并法乐四联症2例(其中漏诊1例),合并复杂先天性心脏病2例,另外1例左肺动脉缺如及起源异常合并主、肺动脉间隔缺损。超声心动图正确诊断6例,误诊1例。结论超声心动图可以诊断WAPA并判断肺动脉起源。Objective To investigate the skills and possibilities of echocardiography in diagnosing congenital unilateral absence of pulmonary artery (UAPA) . Methods A total of 7 UAPA patients admitted to our hospital from October 2008 to July 2012 were selected and given echocardiography examination. All the patients were then confirmed by surgery, cardiac catheteriza- tion angiography or three - dimensional computed tomography. The characteristics of echocardiography of the 7 cases were retro- spectively analyzed. Results Among the 7 UAPA patients, 2 cases were right - sided UAPA ( 1 case of single UAPA and 1 case were combined with patent ductus arteriosus) ; 5 cases were left - sided UAPA, among which 2 cases were combined with tetralo- gy of Fallot (1 case was missed diagnosed), 2 cases were combined with complex congenital heart disease, the other 1 case was combined with anomalous origin of coronary artery and aortopulmonary septal defect. Echocardiography diagnosed 6 cases success- fully and misdiagnosed 1 case. Conclusion Conclusions Echocardiography is an effective and reasonable diagnosis method for UAPA.
