摘　　要：新民主主义文化理论的提出,彰显了马克思主义文化理论中国化创新的内在理路和基本脉络。新民主主义文化性质的界定、地位和作用的论述以及文化纲领的提出,为党的执政文化建设的价值目标、主体建构和路径选择提供了理论支撑和发展方向,成为党的执政文化建设史上的重要里程碑。Putting forward the theory of new democracy culture highlights internal process and basic context of Marxist cultural theory in sincization innovation.The statements of definition,position and function of new democracy cultural characteristics,as well as the advancement of cultural programme,provide theoretical support and development direction for value targets,subjective construction and path selection in building the party＇s ruling cultural construction,which becomes important milestone in the construction history of the Party＇s governance culture.
