芪苈强心胶囊对慢性舒张性心力衰竭患者心脏舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊对慢性舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者心脏舒张功能的影响。方法 80例慢性DHF患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊4粒口服,每日3次。分别于治疗前及治疗后1、6、12个月末观察2组患者心脏舒张功能超声多普勒指标(E/A、E/E、LAVI)、血浆N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平、明尼苏达生活质量评分及6 min步行试验。结果与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗1个月末E/A明显升高(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。E/E、LAVI均有改善趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6、12个月末2组E/E、LAVI、E/A均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组E/A、E/E′改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后NT-proBNP、明尼苏达生活质量评分明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后6 min步行距离显著增加(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组增加更明显(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊能改善慢性DHF患者的心脏舒张功能。Objective To observe Qiliqiangxin capsules on diastolic function in patients with chronic cardiac diastolic heart failure（DHF）.Methods 80 cases of chronic DHF patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,40 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine,treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment plus four oral with oi Qiliqiangxin capsules,three times a day.Before and after 1,6,12 months treatment observed 2 groups of patients diastolic function Doppler ultrasound indicators（E/A,E/E＇,LAVI）,the precursor plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP） levels,quality of life scores in Minnesota and 6 min walk test.Results Compared with before treatment,E/A was significantly higher（P0.05）,the treatment group was more obvious than in the control group（P0.05）,in 2 groups E/E＇ and LAVI has some improvement in the trend at the end of 1 month,but the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.At the end of 6,12 months treatment,2 groups E/E＇and LAVI,E/ A were significantly improved（P0.05）,E/A,E/ E＇improvement in treatment group was more obvious than in the control group（P0.05）,after treatment NT-proBNP,Minnesota life quality score in 2 groups significantly reduced（P0.05）,compared with the control group the treatment group decreased more obviously（P0.05）;after treatment 6 min walk distance significantly increased in 2 groups（P0.05）;compared with the control group treatment group increased more significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsules could improve diastolic function of chronic DHF patients.
