摘　　要："圣迭戈计划"属于美墨边境史范畴,是20世纪初美墨边境对抗的产物。究其产生的原因涉及到墨西哥20世纪10年代的频繁的政权更替当然还有美国根深蒂固的种族问题。现就圣迭戈计划产生的背景、发展演变、失败的原因以及影响等方面进行简要分析,以期对此问题有一个初步的把握。Plan of San Diego belongs to the category of America - Mexico border history. It is the product of border confront between America and Mexico in the early period of 20th century. The reasons why it happened come down to two sides： the frequent regime replacement of Mexico in the 1910s and the rooted race problem in America. Now I plan to analyse briefly the background and reasons of why Plan of San Diego is generated, the evolution of its development, the reason why it is failed and its influences, etc. Through this analysis, I hope to grasp this problem primarily.
