摘　　要：拉萨是我国城市遗产极为丰富的古城之一。通过调查利益相关者对拉萨城市遗产的态度发现旅游者的期望与拉萨城市遗产的现有开发状况、当地居民的文化氛围诉求与城市现代化发展需要之间存在着很多的冲突。研究表明,重视历史建筑区域规划和城市发展中的文化传承、丰富旅游内容,促使各利益相关者互动是实现拉萨城市遗产科学保护和合理利用的重要途径。Lhasa is one of China＇s ancient cities with rich urban heritage. There are a lot of conflicts between the expectations of travelers and current development status of the heritage of the city of Lhasa, the cultural atmosphere of the demands of local res- idents and urban modernization needs by the stakeholder survey. Studies indicate that attaching importance to regional planning of historic buildings and the urban development of cultural heritage, rich travel content, making the stakeholders interact each other are the important way of realizing scientific protection and rationally utilizing the heritage of Lhasa city.
