摘 要:文章以上海崇明和南汇游客为对象,研究上海城郊休闲旅游地游客满意度与期望差异情况。研究表明,游客在评价总体满意度时,其总体期望与总体满意度有较大的相关性;游客满意度不仅与游客的推荐意愿正相关,而且也与游客的重游意愿正相关。根据期望与满意度的配对样本T检验,城郊休闲旅游地的食物质量水平和交通便利程度这两项的期望与实际满意度的差异比较显著。游客对上海城郊休闲游特征项中的乡村人民热情程度、语言交流通畅程度、景区空气质量的期望值很高,而实际感知的满意度也非常高。Based on the case study of Chongming and Nanhui, the paper studies the disparity of tourist satisfaction and ex- pectancy in Shanghai rural sites of leisure tourism. The study shows that when tourists evaluate overall satisfaction, their general expectancy is greatly correlative with general satisfaction; the tourists' satisfaction is not only positively correlated with recommen- dation, but also with the will of repeated patronage. Food quality and traffic convenience are significant according to the paired sample T test of expectancy and satisfaction. The tourists' expectancy and satisfaction is high in factors such as enthusiasm of ru- ral people, language communication and quality of air.
