摘 要:本文以房地产开发投资资金来源数据为基础,从时间、空间和资质等级三个层面深入分析房地产开发投资资金来源及其存在的问题,得出房地产资金构成过多地依赖银行,不同资质等级和其他资质的房地产企业资金构成不同的结论,并针对以上现象提出了拓宽融资渠道、对不同区域采取差别化政策等措施。This paper is based on the real estate development and investment funding sources data, from three dimensions as the time, space and level of qualification to depth analysis of the real estate development and investment funding sources and its problems, the real estate funds constitute excessive dependence on bank, the main components of the real estate development funds is the different levels of qualification provisional qualified real estate enterprise funds, and broaden the financing channels for the above phenomenon, differentiated policy measures taken in different regions
