摘　　要：随着大规模保障性住房建设的全面展开,如何做好保障性住房配给管理工作成为了全社会广泛关注的话题。保障性住房是民生工程,其配给能否公平、公正,关乎民心。本文旨在提高保障性住房分配公平,提出了基于住房保障管理信息系统的解决方案,将保障房分配中存在的各种问题进行总结,用信息化的手段加以解决,既提高保障房分配的公平性,也有力地推动保障工作的效率和合理性,为我国保障房管理工作提供一定借鉴。As the mass of security housing construction is comprehensive spread out,how to distribute them better has became the focus of the whole society.Security housing is the people＇ s livelihood projects,their distribution fairness, justice is very important.This article aims to increase security housing distribution fairness based on housing security management information system,which solve the various problems in housing distribution using information means.The system can not only improve housing security fairness,but also effectively promote the housing security management efficiency and rationality.We hope it can provide certain reference significance to China＇s housing security management
