摘　　要：通过对中国移动多媒体广播(CMMB)系统结构和国内外移动多媒体系统失败判据的研究,得到中国移动多媒体广播系统主客观失败判据的方法。在该方法中,首先,建立CMMB实验测试系统,定义失败判据,然后,采用主观和客观评价的方式,对测试的数据经过多种判据进行比较分析,得出了CMMB系统中"误比特率为3×10-6"(简写:3E-6BER)为客观失败判据最为合适,"一分钟不超过一个误码"为主观评价最为合适。最后,通过与DVB-H系统失败判定的比较,得到CMMB系统主客观失败判据的一致性最好。The method of subjective and objective failure criteria in China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting（CMMB） system are derived by the research on the system structure of CMMB and on the failure criteria of the mobile multimedia systems at home and abroad.In this method,firstly,we establish the CMMB test system and define the failure criteria.Secondly,we compare and analyse the test data with various criteria in the way of subjective and objective evaluation,and get the result that in CMMB system it would be the most appropriate objective failure criterion when the bit error rate is ＂3×10-6＂（simplified： 3E-6 BER） and be the best for subjective evaluation when there is ＂no more than one error in a minute＂.At last,we get the conclusion that the best consistency of subjective and objective failure criteria is in CMMB system by comparing with the failure judgment of DVB-H system.
