摘　　要：软件过程管理是提高软件生产率和软件质量的关键,而软件缺陷管理是软件过程管理的重要方面。传统的软件缺陷管理过程,多采用手工的方式,在项目的处理问题上效率低下。JIRA是目前比较流行的软件过程管理的专业工具。通过与传统软件缺陷管理对比,讨论了JIRA系统在软件缺陷管理方面的优势,并利用SOAP-RPC技术首次实现了基于JIRA的项目缺陷管理分析报表的相关开发。Software defects management（SDM） is an important aspect of software process management（SPM）,while the later is the key to improve the productivity and quality of software.Traditional SDM process usually adopts manual way and is low efficient in project treatment.JIRA is a relatively popular professional tool for SDM.In this article we discuss the advantages of JIRA system in SDM sector by comparing it with the traditional SDM,and use SOAP-RPC technology to have realised at first time the correlated development of JIRA-based analysis report of project defects management.
