利用民船实施军用物资海上预置保障的可行性研究

摘　　要：从利用民船实施物资海上预置保障需求出发，分析了我军实施预置保障的现有条件，并对利用民船实施物资海上预置保障的效益因素指标进行分析，得出我军需要利用民船实施物资海上预置保障，指出我军在物质基础、技术方法和经验借鉴等方面已经具备了利用民船实施物资海上预置保障的基本条件。This paper analyzed the requirements, existing conditions, and efficiency of maritime prepositioned materials support by commercial vessels, which argued that whether carrying out maritime prepositioned materials support by commer- cial vessels is feasibility or not within our force. There was a conclusion to be drawn that our force should carry out maritime prepositioned materials support by commercial vessels, and already have a basic conditions for maritime prepositioned mate- rials support in material basis, techniques and experiences etc.
