摘　　要：阐述了军用危险品公路运输的特点及面临的主要问题，通过对公路军事运输动态监控指挥系统的特点、构成等方面的系统分析，提出公路军事运输动态监控指挥系统在军用危险品运输中的功能应用，为军队在军用危险品运输中的安全监控问题提供参考。The safety of military dangerous goods highway transportation is the key to carry out military efficiency. This pa- per analyzed the characteristics and composing of the military highway transportation dynamic monitor and command system. etc, and brought forward the function application in the dangerous goods transportation which can provide a certain reference in the safe monitor problem of the army dangerous goods transportation.
