摘　　要：从组件工艺优化和纺丝过程质量控制(刮板质量、侧吹风、上油等)方面探讨提高POY后加工的可纺性的方法。结果表明,通过优化生产工艺和加强生产管理来改善POY的强、伸度,条干不匀率,上油均匀性等重要质量指标,可减少POY后加工的中途断丝次数,从而提高POY后加工的状态和质量。This article mainly discusses the methods to improve POY post processing spinnability from the as- sembly process optimization and spinning process quality control such as scraper quality, quench air, oiling etc. The results show that, by optimizing the production process and strengthening production management, the POY＇s strength and elongation, unevenness, oiling uniformity and other important quality indexes are im- proved, and the half-way cut wire number during POY post processing is reduced, thereby improving the POY processing state and quality.
