摘  要:在纯棉织物退、煮、漂冷轧堆短流程前处理工艺中,采用自制的无机氧漂稳定剂,结果表明:双氧水质量浓度为55 g/L,NaOH质量浓度为50 g/L,稳定剂G-PR质量浓度为5 g/L时,处理后织物的白度、毛效及强力较理想。在强碱性条件下,自制稳定剂G-PR具有减少或者抑制双氧水(H2O2)过快分解的作用,提高了前处理织物的白度及毛效。因此,稳定剂G-PR可作为一种新型氧漂稳定剂应用于纯棉织物前处理工艺。In the desizing-scouring-bleaching cold pad-batch short pretreatment process of pure cotton fabric, self-made inorganic oxygen bleaching stabilizer is used. The results show that, when hydrogen peroxide dosage is 55 g/L, NaOH dosage is 50 g/L and stabilizer G - PR dosage is 5 g/L, the whiteness, capillary effect and strength of the treated fabric is ideal. Under strong alkaline conditions, the self-made stabilizer G - PR has the role of reducing or inhibiting the excessive decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, improving the whiteness and capillary effect of the treated fabric. Therefore, The stabilizer G - PR can be used as a new type of oxygen bleaching stabilizer used in pure cotton fabric pretreatment process.
