摘　　要：文章从完善教学管理与评价体系、建立两级督导队伍、教学质量"管"与"评"兼顾、教学督导"督"与"导"结合等几个方面予以论述,以期对高校教学质量管理与评价工作、对教学督导工作有一定的借鉴意义。This paper discusses the issue in the light of improving the teaching management and assessment system, establishing two-level supervision staff, combining management and assessment and supervision and guidance so as to upgrade the control, assessment and supervision of the teaching quality in the institutions of higher learning in our country.
