摘　　要：本文从卓越管理人才培养要求的角度,对管理学课程的教学现状进行分析,指出其在教学理念上、教学内容安排、教学过程设计、教学方法及课程考核方式选择等方面存在的问题,在此基础上提出管理学课程教学改革的建议。The paper,based on the requirements for the cultivation of management elite talents,analyzes the present situation of the teaching of the management science course,discusses the existing problems in teaching ideology,teaching content arrangement,teaching process design,teaching methodology and curriculum examination mode selection and puts forward suggestions for the reform that shall be based on the cultivation of management elites.
